About the event
Come join for a beautiful morning practice in the sacred space of Anam Cara in Whaletown on Cortes Island. Exploring hatha, ayuryoga, self inquiry, mantra and sound we connect deeply with our heart's intention for being here and open to the medicine each moment has to offer.
All levels of experience welcome, cushions, blankets provided. Please bring your own yoga mat. $10 drop-in or $35 for a 4 class pass.
