About the event
Sprouted chefs is a youth empowerment cooking program geared towards younger kids aged 7-11. Once a month we gather to explore, have fun and cultivate creativity in the kitchen. We learn the basics on how to prepare food mindfully from healthy snacks for lunches like energy bars, wholesome baked goods to simple lunch preparations like soups, salads and pasta. Each class is unique and mindfully curated for the seasons.
Where: Mansons Hall
