About the event
With the support of our local FolkU program, I am honoured to be able to offer these FREE Ayurvedic Cooking Workshops to the community. Together we learn about the foundations of Ayurveda and bring this into practice through cooking and contemplative discussion. Each month we create something new in alignment with the current season. The intention for these workshops is for people to feel inspired, more confident in the kitchen and perhaps widen awareness around our interconnectedness with nature.
